Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes we do, over 75% of our customer base is outside of the UK and we are very well versed in overseas shipping. Lead times will be displayed at the checkout for your destination. The majority or destinations are already set up with postage costs.
Q. How do the US tariffs effect Option Drift products?
A. We still ship to the US daily. For our US friends all small goods (Steering wheels, soft goods, stickers) custom fees are covered by Option Drift at our end. Seats however will require import fees to be paid which is usually 10%. The invoice for this will be sent to you shortly (48hours roughly) after you receive our dispatch email. This is sent from our shippers and is required to be paid within 5 days or the order is return to us. Unfortunatly, in the case the shipping cost will be covered by the customer and the product price will be refunded.
Q: Are customs fees included when purchasing from Option Drift?
A: No, customs fees are not included when purchasing from Option Drift (US customers please see question above). While we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience and competitive pricing on our unique bucket seats and other car interior accessories, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by location and the specifics of your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Q: What are the typical delivery times for orders placed with Option Drift?
A: We pride ourselves on providing timely delivery of the world's most unique bucket seats and other car parts and accessories. Typically, delivery times can vary based on your location and the specific items ordered. For standard orders within the UK, you can expect your items to arrive within 3-5 business days. For international orders, delivery times are generally between 10-14 business days, depending on the destination country's customs and postal services. Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances such as high demand periods or shipping delays may slightly affect these times. We always recommend checking our shipping policy page or contacting our customer service team for the most up-to-date information on delivery times specific to your order.
Q. Incorrect address details
A. Please take the time to review you order before finalising everything; including the correct items or colorways to your desired name and address to ensure all items reach you quickly and safely. Once the order has been finalised and processed there will be no alterations from that point. If you have made a mistake during the process please email us ASAP. Any returned orders will require postage to be paid again for shipping to the correct address. Refunds for a returned order due to incorrect address are acceptable but will require a 30% restocking fee and original postage cost will be exempt from the refund.

Once Received by Option Drift a member of the sales team will be in contact to arrange your replacement product or refund.
Q. Can I return a product?
A. There will be a minimum of a 20% restocking fee for order returns and there will be a £10.00 handling fee for exchanges of seats to a different colourway. There is no handling fee for a change of size. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please ship the items back to us prepaid and with the proper packaging, for your protection make sure to insure the package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend DPD as our preffered shipper for seats and Royal Mail for small items in the UK.

Q. Will these seats fit my car?
A. We have provided a size diagram under the photos of each seat to help including mount hole distance. We have yet to find a car that won't fit our Medium seats.
